Biografía del artista

The Cat Empire, formed in 1999, is an Australian group that blends reggae, jazz, Latin rock, funk, and ska, standing out in live performances for their energetic shows. Their reputation is built on over one and a half million records sold and vibrant, entertaining, and magical performances. In Spain, their status was solidified with tours during the cycle of their sixth album, "Steal The Light" (2013), and elevated with "Rising With The Sun" in 2016. After a hiatus in 2017, they released "Stolen Diamonds" in 2019. Since 2022, with founders Felix Riebl and Ollie McGill, the band enters a new era with rotating musicians, always preserving the original DNA of The Cat Empire. Their new show celebrates movement, evolution, and fun. On this tour, they present material from their latest album "Where The Angels Fall" (August 2023) and revisit hits like "Money Coming My Way" or "Rock'n'Roll." New additions to the band bring a rich cultural and musical diversity: Roscoe Irwin and Kieran Conrau in the brass section, Daniel Farrugia on percussion, Grace Barbé on bass and vocals, Lázaro Numa on trumpet, and Iranian percussionist Neda Rahmani.
